There were a few positive aspects of our stay. The location was great, close to all the attractions and activities in the area. The amenities provided in the studio were also impressive, with thoughtful touches like makeup removal wipes and hair straighteners. It made us feel like the owners had put genuine effort into making the space comfortable and accommodating.
The parking situation was a complete nightmare, with restriction signs everywhere and the owners telling us to ignore them. It made us feel uneasy and stressed the whole time.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the two main amenities provided by the hotel. The poolhouse in the backyard was a nice feature, and the garden was well-maintained and enjoyable to spend time in. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from Rodeo Drive and all the shops in the area. This allowed us to easily explore the neighborhood and make the most of our time in the city.
There were a couple of aspects that we were not particularly fond of during our stay. Although privacy is appreciated, it would have been nice to have some personal interaction or a warm greeting upon arrival.

We felt like royalty in this close-to-Beverly Hills gem. the thoughtful amenities like make-up removal wipes and hair straighteners made us feel pampered. the studio had a stylish design with interesting colors and furnishings. the clean beds and bedding provided a comfortable stay. the towels and bathroom amenities were excellent, and the vintage outdoor furnishings on the beautiful patio added charm. the host's warm welcome and the bottle of sparkling wine were a nice touch. Easy entry with a gate code and house instructions made our stay hassle-free. Street parking pass and proximity to attractions made transportation convenient.
Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.

It's close to everything you need and offers easy access to all of California. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice bedding and excellent bathroom amenities. the vintage outdoor furnishings on the patio create a charming atmosphere. the host is friendly and welcoming, and there is even a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for you in the fridge.
The kitchenette is somewhat limited, with a small fridge that needs to be defrosted.

The value for money was exceptional and the room was clean and cozy. The location was perfect, with Rodeo Drive and a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and attentive, making us feel well taken care of.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I had an amazing stay at a cozy and well-appointed property in a great location. The hosts were attentive and provided all the necessary amenities, including free wifi and breakfast supplies. The private access to the pool area was a highlight, even though I couldn't use it due to the weather. The room itself had a comfy bed, a nice chair, and easy parking. I highly recommend this place.
Although the room was small, it was accurately depicted in the pictures. Additionally, I would have appreciated some shelves or a cabinet in the bathroom for storage.
